Pozycja O kontekstualny charakter współczesnej homiletykiGrzegorski, Zdzisław (Akademia Teologii Katolickiej w Warszawie. Wydział Teologiczny, 1974)The old homiletics is sagging. There is a great need for the new one. The author being influenced by some postconciliar thoughts and activities, the science of the human communication and the contem porary rhetorics presents the concept of the so called contextual homiletics and the basicpart of it – the theory of religious communication. He affirms, that the homiletics must be always contemporary, i. e. contextual. Especially he is concerned with two main aeras of it. The first one, inspired by the cybernetic models, refers the problem of steering the word as the theoretical instrument of the ars communicandi. The second one, the strategia communicandi, penetrates the human condition as it is seen in art and literature. So the context of the new homiletical investigations refers to cybernetics in the first one, culture and art in the second one. In the part two of the article he gives some examples of the new form of searching. In The Medium is the Message he analyses by means of foreign and Polish sources the situation formed by the mass communication. The author is discovering new items and demands concerning the homiletics. In the Quo vadis, homo? Z. Grzegorski discusses the contemporary literature and the Polish theatre underlying some new homiletical demands as the conclusions of the human condition he depicts. Lastly he presents the dr. William Thompson's concept of the contextual analysis of a sermon.
